Fraction Technologies, Inc.

Fraction Technologies Inc. (“Fraction”) is a duly licensed mortgage originator authorized to conduct business within the applicable jurisdictions of Canada. Fraction originates mortgage loans for and on behalf of various entities, including, without limitation, Canadian Mortgage Loan Trust I (“CMLT I”) and Canadian Mortgage Loan Trust II (“CMLT II”). In addition, Fraction serves as the trust administrator for both CMLT I and CMLT II, and retains primary loan servicing responsibilities for all mortgage loans originated by Fraction.
